Payment
- Non refundable deposit of 10% of total value required to secure the booking.
- Balance payable in full within 7 days of the event.
Terms & Conditions
There is no maximum or minimum number of guests at any event, however events with fewer than 20 guests will carry a £20 service charge.
Cheques should be made payable to “L. O’Connor”
Any changes to the final number of attendees must be made aware to us 5 days prior to the event.
We reserve the right to vary the agreed menu if necessary, due to seasonal or other circumstances beyond our control. Substitute items will be of an equal value and style to the original.
Where applicable quotes include the provision for the laying out of food tables; our employees are not responsible for any forms of furniture movement, including setting out of tables and chairs. If we experience any delays which result directly from the venue not being ready at the agreed time, we will charge accordingly at the rate of £15 per hour, or part thereof.
Quotes are provided based on the understanding that we will loan serving trays and plates which will be collected on the day following the event. We are also able to arrange for the hire of cutlery, washable plates etc. for each guest or to supply disposable cutlery, plates and napkins at extra cost.
Any loss or damage to equipment by the customer, or guest, will be charged at the full replacement cost. Any trays, plates, cutlery or any other form of equipment not accounted for at the time of return will be charged at the full replacement cost.
We do not accept liability for delays resulting from adverse weather conditions, road traffic accidents or closures, civil riots or strikes affecting the trade, fire, flood or other disaster, or for any other event beyond our reasonable control.
